I have lived here at Lincoln Vineyards for the past 5 years and have been very pleased with my apartment. It is an excellent location, close to the Colleyville Heritage High School, Heritage Middle School, and Heritage Elementary School campus. However, the property is well insulated from the school traffic. Numerous grocery stores, restaurants, day care and health care facilities, auto care, parks and recreation are all within a short stroll away. The manager, Ashley, and assistant manager, Nancy, are pleasant and professional and very responsive to maintenance requests. Jose, the maintenance supervisor, is Johnny-on-the-spot. The property is well-positioned just a block and a half from State Hwy 121 and only 4 miles from the DFW Airport. I can get to Downtown Fort Worth in 30 minutes and downtown Dallas in 45. I recommend Lincoln Vineyards and count myself as a very satisfied and valued tenant.

I have lived at the Homes of Prairie Springs since April 2008 -- first in a 2BR and now a 3BR. I have always heard the Lincoln properties were excellent, but this property has exceeded every expectation. It's more than an "apartment complex" -- it is a community of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. It's a staff that knows you by name and is always willing to go above and beyond. It is knowing you can walk at night and feel safe. It's an escape from the city yet very convenient to it at the same time. The Homes also offers recycling with trash pick-up at the door five nights a week, and other conveniences like doggie bags, sidewalks, free movies for check-out, a fitness room with a Precor Elliptical, and activities for residents. It's just an overall great place to call home.

Dear Lincoln Property and Wood Bridge Management, This letter is in reference to Jeremy, one of the Maintenance employees , at Wood Bridge Apartments in Alpharetta, Georgia. He has been very consistent in fixing things in my apartment. Recently, the A/C was blowing warm air. He came into my apartment, in a very professional manner, and he immediately identified the problem within 5 minutes. He then was able to provide a solution, of getting a new unit within the time frame that he promised. I received the A/C unit today, as promised by Jeremy. He had to work overtime, but I was very pleased with his attitude and work ethics, of promptly completing the Job, regardless of the time. The entire maintenance staff has been very professional and I appreciate their team effort of getting the job done.

I've lived at Firestone for 9 years and love every minute of it! I know most everyone. The staff, the Cares Team, and the rest of the crew are great to have as neighbors and a support group. They're always there for anything I need!

As a resident of Lincoln Meadows for just over 4 years, I can honestly say it is a great place to live. From inside the buildings to outside landscaping, everything is well taken care of. I love the amenities, the layout, closet space and the storage. Also, the staff is full of wonderful and caring people. If you ever have something that needs to be taken care of they are on top of it and get it done right. I find that Lincoln Meadows is such a warm and wonderful place to live and I am so glad I chose this place as my home.
