The easy reply for why I stayed was because of the people and it was fun. And that is true. But the deeper reasons were that it was mentally challenging and offered a tremendous amount of variety. We are financial analysts, problem solvers, marketers, accountants, salesmen, social workers, all offered in one job. Lastly, I take tremendous pride in our company. We have survived three real estate depressions with a high reputation for honesty and integrity.
