I would like to express my appreciation for everyone here at Treetops. My time here was GREAT. The staff was outstanding, responsive and professional at all times. I could not have found a better place to live. I would move back here in a heartbeat. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant and very relaxing. You helped to make my home, "Home Sweet Home".

I am greatly impressed with the professional service and attitudes of BOTH the office and maintenance personnel here at San Marin in Austin, TX. I literally, leased my apt. sight unseen and am very happy with the location, neighbors and overall experience with the courtesies that have been extended to me as a resident & disabled Veteran. I plan to stay for the duration of my college education, 2 years, most likely longer! Thanks to all !!

I would like to thank the maintenance dept. for coming around this week and picking up trash. We have some tenants who threw an ashtray on the grass and several teenagers who throw their empty soda bottles wherever they want. I came home from work and the mess was all cleaned up. What a delight to see people who take pride in their property and their jobs. I know that must be a horrible job to clean up after people, but you really do a great job at it. Thank you so much we really appreciate you!

I have never been happier in my new apartment. It is everything and more than I ever expected. How could you go wrong w/a one-bedroom and an ATTACHED garage? It doesn't get any better. I am so thankful I found my new home.

Appreciate the timely response on the maintenance problems I submitted. The time between submission and the work being accomplished was minimal.

I want to thank you for all of the time and efforts in hosting the deck/poolside dinners in July and August. The food was great and it was a wonderful opportunity to meet some neighbors. Your team is terrific and no doubt a major reason why many of the people I've met at our recent dinners have been here for years. Thanks for all you do to make this apartment community a home!

I just wanted to thank all of you for the job you are doing here at the Verandah. It seems that many improvements are being planned, including brighter lights in the hallways which were completed recently. Also, the landscaping was nice before, but your crew seems to have taken maintenance to a whole new level and it shows.

I just wanted to say thanks to the maintenance team here at Highlands Hill Country. They do a wonderful job at keeping the complex looking nice as well as always fulfilling maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. They're also very friendly, and I think they do a great job and wanted to let the management know : )

My leasing professional was very attentive to my needs as a future resident and she really made me feel like my experience at Highland Hill Country was something to look forward to. She got all my questions asked and processed everything in a timely manner. She kept in contact and followed up with everything as promised. I'm definitely glad she was able to help me get the apartment I wanted at the price I needed to have. I just want to say she's an asset to the company. My mother also spoke wonders about her when they first met so I didn't doubt her for a minute. I feel that I can count on her for anything I could need in the future.

I've lived at Firestone for 9 years and love every minute of it! I know most everyone. The staff, the Cares Team, and the rest of the crew are great to have as neighbors and a support group. They're always there for anything I need!

New Years Eve found us with no heat or hot water. A call to the emergency maintenance line brought a prompt call back from the Service Technician on duty. He arrived in the swirling snow and high winds to discover the pilot light had blown out. He took care the problem in an efficient manner. Your competent staff has made our transition to Massachusetts a much smoother one.

I have been a Lincoln Property Company family member for over 22 years - first, at Lincoln Square and currently at Lincoln Meadows. I wouldn't live anywhere else! You aren't just a resident, but a cherished member of a family. Every person at Lincoln, from maintenance to the front office, all go out of their way to exceed the expectations of all residents. Everyone takes such pride in the property and is so kind, animal friendly and compassionate. It is a joy to call Lincoln my home and I know my dog agrees!

As a resident of Lincoln Meadows for just over 4 years, I can honestly say it is a great place to live. From inside the buildings to outside landscaping, everything is well taken care of. I love the amenities, the layout, closet space and the storage. Also, the staff is full of wonderful and caring people. If you ever have something that needs to be taken care of they are on top of it and get it done right. I find that Lincoln Meadows is such a warm and wonderful place to live and I am so glad I chose this place as my home.

Everything about my experience at Northbridge has been exceptional. The property is extremely well kept and manicured and makes me proud be a part of this community. The staff more than goes out of the way to do anything they can to see that any concern is taken care of. Any maintenance request or small issue that I have encountered has been attended to in a very timely manner and has always been resolved with no further problems. I deeply appreciate all the hard work that goes into making Northbridge such a great place to live. I have and will continue to recommend Northbridge as an outstanding community.

I have been living at Northside at Legacy since June of 2008, and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment community I have ever lived at. The staff in the leasing office really goes out of their way to make this a great place to live and make sure all of your needs are met. The community even has monthly outings at local restaurants, which makes it so easy to meet your neighbors. The people here at Northside are a huge part of what makes this community so great. I cannot see myself ever moving to another apartment community because honestly, it probably wouldn't even come close to what I have here at Northside.
