I wanted to submit a review for Heron Landing, but for some reason I can not click on the house icons. So, I would like to say that I I like living at Heron Landing. The apartments are spacious, furnished with appliances, and a washer/dryer is availablel in every apartment. This is my 3rd year as a resident and I am content. The noise levels are mild to nothing depending on the day. The parking availability is never an issue, except duirng holidays when non-residents hog up our parking spaces. The management does a pretty good job at informing us about construction and maintenance repairs 2-3 days before they are scheduled. I have had great customer service with the office staff.

Recent maintenance was accomplished with exemplary professionalism. The men were gracious, knowledgeable and patient and I am very grateful for your great staff.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Derrick, one the maintenance reps at Mirasol at Celebration in Celebration, FL. I came home last night to find that I had no A/C and it was HOT!!! It was 6:30pm and I was not happy thinking that I'd have to endure the heat through the evening. I called the leasing office which was obviously closed and was able to leave a message requesting maintenance for my problem. Derrick called me back within 5 minutes and said he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes, was eager to help, and resolved the problem so that the air was up and running again! I so appreciate not only that he was able to fix the A/C but he was genuine in his willingness to help even though it was in the evening. Derrick is a class act and I so appreciate his knowledge, handywork, and superior attitude!!! Keep him around!!! :)

I have lived here at Lincoln Vineyards for the past 5 years and have been very pleased with my apartment. It is an excellent location, close to the Colleyville Heritage High School, Heritage Middle School, and Heritage Elementary School campus. However, the property is well insulated from the school traffic. Numerous grocery stores, restaurants, day care and health care facilities, auto care, parks and recreation are all within a short stroll away. The manager, Amy, and assistant manager, Nancy, are pleasant and professional and very responsive to maintenance requests. Jose, the maintenance supervisor, is Johnny-on-the-spot. The property is well-positioned just a block and a half from State Hwy 121 and only 4 miles from the DFW Airport. I can get to Downtown Fort Worth in 30 minutes and downtown Dallas in 45. I recommend Lincoln Vineyards and count myself as a very satisfied and valued tenant.

I have lived at the Homes of Prairie Springs since April 2008 -- first in a 2BR and now a 3BR. I have always heard the Lincoln properties were excellent, but this property has exceeded every expectation. It's more than an "apartment complex" -- it is a community of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. It's a staff that knows you by name and is always willing to go above and beyond. It is knowing you can walk at night and feel safe. It's an escape from the city yet very convenient to it at the same time. The Homes also offers recycling with trash pick-up at the door five nights a week, and other conveniences like doggie bags, sidewalks, free movies for check-out, a fitness room with a Precor Elliptical, and activities for residents. It's just an overall great place to call home.

I wanted to Thank your maintenance staff (Will and Miguel) at Enclave at Prestonwood for their prompt immediate attention to my maintenance request which was handled with in an hour of me calling it in. I have never had maintenance taken care of so quickly. I couldnt have been any more pleased....... I was so impressed that I entered the rest of my work orders that I've never bothered calling in, and to my surprize they were back in less than a minute of leaving for my other requests. Keep up the good work, I love the changes around here.

I love this place. Woodbury Park at City Centre is great. Lisa in the office is the best person to work with, all the ladies are wonderful and they really care about the residents.

I would like to request that the water and trash charges (NES bill) be on this website on the 1st of the month so that I can make my total payment without having to look up the amount. This amount use to direct be paid to NES and it was an autopay on my checking account. Since Lincoln took over The Lodge at Spring Shadows, Houston, Texas, I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with just about everything they do!!!! And the manager Hogan, does not take care of things as he promises. One thing after another and nothing ever gets corrected!!!

Dear Lincoln Property and Wood Bridge Management, This letter is in reference to Jeremy, one of the Maintenance employees , at Wood Bridge Apartments in Alpharetta, Georgia. He has been very consistent in fixing things in my apartment. Recently, the A/C was blowing warm air. He came into my apartment, in a very professional manner, and he immediately identified the problem within 5 minutes. He then was able to provide a solution, of getting a new unit within the time frame that he promised. I received the A/C unit today, as promised by Jeremy. He had to work overtime, but I was very pleased with his attitude and work ethics, of promptly completing the Job, regardless of the time. The entire maintenance staff has been very professional and I appreciate their team effort of getting the job done.
