Apartments are too old, everything is either broken or doesn't work at all. Repairs aren't done properly or at all. I have a poor working AC unit that doesn't cool the apartment, always 90+, the fridge and dishwasher leak and have been fixed twice with no success. The utilities are extremely expensive as a result of faulty appliances. I recently had a $313 dollar power bill, during the cycle, I was gone for 2 weeks out of the month. During those weeks, we had everything unplugged. Not sure how I ended up paying so much. TERRIBLE, would not recommend.

I've lived here for almost 3 years, and I truly can't complain. The staff is always helpful, polite and willing to assist, maintanence is excellent and the grounds are very nice and always landscaped. I also feel very safe.
