This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment itself is big, airy, lots of light, new, fresh, and young. I just love it here. I love it that there are maintenance guys all over the place working on shit and fixing stuff. I love it that when I put in a work order, even to have a light bulb changed, it gets done right away. Everyone smiles and the grass is green. There is nothing to complain about. thanks! Dana

Easy access to highway, plenty of neighborhood activities, close to many restaurants and shopping, parking sometimes a problem. Most neighbors are friendly, and respectful of each others privacy. Others including one near me makes far to much noise (suspect gaming activities) some times late into the morning hours.

The people who work here are great. They were so helpful in accommodating a complicated move-in. My apartment is nice, but not quite ideal. Several things were wrong when I moved in and I noticed quirks of the apartment design that I didn't like after I moved in. For example, my cabinets have been installed higher than normal cabinets and I can't reach anything above the bottom shelf in the kitchen cabinets (and I'm 5'6''). Also, the closet is pretty small and there is no linen closet nor any cabinetry in the bathroom except below the sink. The mirror goes all the way across the wall so I can't install a cabinet either. All that said, the place seems very safe and it's nice that it is near Old Town and I-70.

Maintenance has the quickest response time in an apartment community I've ever seen. The units have a very modern and professional feel. The utilities are very reasonable. It's a great location for accessing the main interstates in any direction without feeling like you're sitting on a busy highway. I've been very impressed by the overall experience.

I'm looking for an apartment for my boyfriend. He wants to stay in the Arvada/Golden/Wheat Ridge area. So I've been calling and looking at apartments pretty much every where. The girls that helped me at WTF (hahahaha) were so nice and made me feel at home even though the apartment wasn't for me. I'm going to make sure he moves in!

Overall, this is a great community. The neighbors are respectful, the staff in the management office is always friendly and very helpful and the property is always clean and well-maintained.
