Thus far it has been a positive experience. There has been one unique problem, washer malfunctions but the staff is in the process of resolving it. Staff is friendly and appears to be hands on with regards to day to day situations. For a person who has not lived in an apartment for over 35 years, Champions Crossing has allowed me to make the transition easily.

The office staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are filled quickly. There's always parking in front of my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. You have a grocery store and places to get a quick bite just around the corner. There'd a police station around the block so I feel safe. I can pay rent online easily. It's a great place to live, especially if you are just starting out, and for a reasonable price. I would suggest, however, that the submit buttons on the website are more clearly defined.

Its a great place to live, the location is close to major freeway. The apartment complex is well taken care of and seems always improvements taking place. The office management is great and friendly and are very quick to answer needs or request.. The complex is quiet compared to others..

I would tell them that here is a very peaceful place to live my kids love the pool and how nice is the green areas, plus the staff is very friendly, in the 2 years that i have as a resident i haven't have anything but great service from the staff i recommend the place to anyone who aks me

When paying rent online, it is extremely difficult to read the buttons that have white letters in the pea green font. In some cases, one just must guess what to click on.

Just don't raise my rent and I'm happy. Also I notice I don't see roaches nor aunts. Keep up a great with the pest asides.

I really enjoy living here. I love my apartment, one of my favorite things is the color of the walls. Such a nice change from plain white or eggshell. I love driving home from work, seeing all the trees everywhere. The complex is the perfect size, easy to navigate but big enough to have nice amenities. I love the herb garden, it's been great in a pinch for recipes. I do wish that they had basil planted there. The only problems I have had were with the staff, and they were barely even a problem. There have been a couple times that I have put in a request, but had to re-submit the request sometimes even 3 more times to actually have it taken care of. But I think it was just a busy time so I understand things can fall through the cracks. I have noticed since that they have been very friendly and timely.

If you are expecting the best of the best then this is not the place for you. It is however a good value for your money. It is affordable and provides amenities that you wouldn't expect for the price you pay. It is in a great location that allows easy access to almost anywhere, its quite, and the apartments look and feel clean.

I searched through countless apartment complexes looking for the right one, and I’m very happy I ended up at Champions Crossing. Location is fantastic, quiet community, nice people, and I love the pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that the people who live close me often set bags of trash right outside their front door, and therefore, right next to my front door. There is no trash pick up here, so often these bags sit outside in the walk-way for a week at a time. Since this is a violation, I have called the office 3 times in order to have these trash bags removed. Each time, the trash disappears for a while, but returns about a week later. I love my apartment but I hate having to walk by smelly trash bags every time I come home!

There are so many things I love about this complex. Typing it all here would take forever. There are three specific things I like most about Champions Crossing and it is the staff, location, and atmosphere. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and genuine. Every time I go to pay rent or pick up a package they greet me with smiles and sincere concern. They ask how my apartment is going and if there is anything they can do for me-it makes you feel less like a "paying customer" and more like a "resident." The location is ideal. It's less than 5 miles from work and just around the corner to get onto MoPac. Shopping, convenience stores, restaurants, and HEB are within minutes. Being right around the corner from the hospital and police station are perks, too. I love the atmosphere of this complex-not only inside my unit, but the grounds as well. My unit is painted in a shade of brown which sets a really homey tone. The grounds are kept up well and the fitness center and pool are always clean and are noticeably maintained. After looking for the right complex for me for months, I feel like I made the right decision.
