-The apartment is in a great location -they fix things in a really timely manner -put in too many speed bumps instead of making a safe walking way for kids - put's entirely too much stress on a car to do that multiple times a day. (big negative) -they send out weird passive aggressive emails when something bad happens, always stating that it's not the apartments fault or responsibility.

I would say it's great palce except the Valley trash knock a huge value off of it. I am stunned how management actually accepted the idea of valley Trash. There is nothing turning off than walking with guests or family upstairs and see bags of garbage all over in front of the apartments. I saw it in some places in the 3rd world country where common areas are the least valued. But, in the United States, I never thought this was actually taking place. Now, I am sure this was done to make it convenient for the tennants or let me take that back, may be it is more cost efficient than placing dumpsters in front of each building. However, since I never like to critique without proposing a solution. It would be nice to have a hiding place in front of the apartments with a door to hide the cans. But, this still presents a major hygene problem as people just throw bags and other things into it. Bottom line, every one should have their own grabage in their own place and take it to the dumpster themselves. I really don't like smelling garbage as I go upstairs to my place to relax... It's a great community of friendly people. The maintainance and office staff really take of issues quickly (I hadn't lived in a rental property for over 20 years and it has been really nice to just email a need to the staff!). The location is ideal--close to shopping, the hike and bike trail, very easy access to the airport. I love living here!

It is a pretty quiet and very clean apartment community. The staff and residents are very friendly. The location is great being only a 3 minute drive from downtown Austin. The pool is a great place to hang out during the heat of the summer.
