its like living in a newer
version on Cherry creek
residence in Colorado. (if
your from Colorado)
It's and awesome experience,
lots of nice neighbors and
really fun community events. I
really like the workout
classes in the gym too.
It's a great place and the
management work really hard
keeping the domain parkside
clean and neat. Which is
important.
keeping a great presence when
one's guest arrive.
The maintenance guys are great
too! very respectful when
entering my home.
Living at the Domain is
Awesome. I have dozens of
stores, restaurants and
services at my finger tips. I
am able to eat, shop and
workout all within walking
distance of my apartment.
There are Happy Hours at every
restaurant and bar where you
can eat cheaper than at a fast
food joint!
I am VERY excited about the
brand new gym with FREE
exercise classes offered M-F!
That cannot be beat. Plus the
beautiful pools and
landscaping are just a bonus!

The apartments are well done,
the amenities are exciting,
and I've had a great
experience with the crew here.
Parkside is turning out to be
one of my favorite renting /
housing experiences to date.
Oscar, a leasing consultant
here, is superb! He helps us
with everything & wears a BIG
smile. My fiance and I love
the space and the quiet
community. It feels like home

Excellent property, beautiful
and very conservative in
design. Some apartments try
too hard to be modern and
Parkside just feels like home.
Very nice place to live, they
accept all breeds which is
important to us with a pit
mix. Love the large park
behind the building.
