The floorplans are modern and extremely useful. The build quality is far better than expected (low noise!), the amenities are actually useful , and the staff are easily the most professional, helpful, and friendly that I've encountered.

I like it: it's convenient to where I need to be in the city; for the most part, it's quiet, though the walls are a bit thin; the parking lot can feel a bit unsafe at times for a single woman (too dark on upper floors); but it's always clean, the people are great; neighbors are relatively quiet; and I love the layout of the flat.

At Middtown Commons you will be taken care of by the responsive and energetic staff. We moved in and the apartment was not clean due to unknown reasons. We notified the staff and they brought in cleaners as soon as we said they could come in, on our schedule, and even paid for us to go to lunch while the cleaners came in. It was a great initial experience and I look forward to our time here.

Midtown Commons has the best floorplans I've ever encountered, it's quiet, it's comfortable, it's convenient to the rail line, and it's the best-managed community I've ever been in. Seriously, we were excited to move here and we're even more excited after being here for a month.

The walls are very, very thin. I can hear alarms going off in neighboring apartments, I can hear each footstep, I can even hear some conversations. When I asked about this specifically while I was being shown the property, I was told the exact opposite was true. That being said, I've been pleased with the quality of the apartment so far, and management has been very attentive and responsive to all of my requests.

Living at the Midtown Commons provides you the "feel" of living in a down town area without having to actually live down town. The location has easy access to major highways and is not more than 15 minutes from being able to purchase groceries or other needs. Having direct access to the Austin Metro Rail and Bus stops also provides wonderful opportunities to take advantage of public transportation.
