Relaxing. Close to the center of the city but far enough away to be peaceful. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. Property is and beautiful and scenic. A suggestion: maybe wifi in the laundry room

It's a clean facility, the apartments are spacious and modern, the staff is great, and the grounds are beautiful. RE: Noise - Can you hear your neighbors all too well. I don't understand the wording, but my rating should = Very Good, as in I don't hear my neighbors. Thanks!

I love living at The Park. Building 12 is exactly what I was looking for... concrete floors, high ceilings, spacious.. The staff is always friendly, more so than I have experienced at other properties. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful. I'm definitely happy with my living situation.

I have lived at the Park at Monterey Oaks for over 5 years, which is the longest I have ever stayed at any apartment community. I hope to never move I love it so much! The grounds are well kept, I have a lovely view, the staff is friendly and caring, maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, the community is for the most part quiet. The only complaint I would have is that there are so many large dogs on the property and the owners leave them outside on their patios at all hours of the day and night. The barking drives me crazy. In fact, if I ever move, it will be because I feel like I am living in the dog pound.

With the rare exception of the annoying loud neighbor, have nothing but good comments to make. The staff is incredibly nice, and if I need anything they respond right away.

Its great! There is a nice pool, huge park, a small gym, a nice business center and a leasing center where you can get free coffee and some snacks. Rent is not too bad. Interiors are good. People are nice. All in all I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the rent being just a little higher than what it should be.

It's peaceful. I haven't ever lived in an apartment complex and been this happy with the facilities. Everything is well-kept. The running trails/amenities give me my relaxation time in the evening... My air went out one night, so I put in a request online the next day while I was at work and when I got home, everything was fixed. It's just been such an ease. It's everything I've wanted in an apartment.
