It's a nice enough place to
live, could use some
maintenance on the cheep
kitchen faux wood floor, the
cabinetry is falling apart and
the floor in some places is
very uneven.
on the other hand, the view is
great and the location is
really fantastic. Everything
is close from movies to
shopping to dining.
I love living at the Domain.
My apartment has great
fixtures. I never hear my
neighbors. And the amenities
are fantastic. The gym and
pool are of the highest
quality. The parking garage is
convenient and very secure.
My only complaint would be the
inaccessibility of the staff.
I have called in several times
without receiving calls back
and have had to submit
multiple maintenance requests
before the problem is fixed.
That being said, when I have
been able to get in touch with
the members of staff, they
have have been both polite as
well as helpful.
Love how everything is within
walking distance.
I enjoy living at my apartment
and I especially enjoy the
customer service I receive
from Cindy Hill in the office.
She has been extremely
helpful to me from the very
beginning!
It's great and I would
recommend that they live here
too.
I work and live here, I love
not having a commute. I've
read some negative reviews and
totally disagree with them.
Maybe I'm lucky and don't live
in a building where it is
noisy, but I rarely hear my
neighbors. I have communicated
with the property manager over
email and she always responds
quickly and does what she can
to help. I feel safe and
comfortable in my apartment
and the area, and that is why
I love calling this home.
Also, when I first moved in a
water pipe was leaking and on
a Sunday I walked down to the
office let them know. Before I
could even make it back up the
elevator 2 maintenance guys
were already handling the
problem. That amazed me.
My only complaints are the dog
messes everywhere, which I
know they have tried to tackle
this issue but residents are
just not responsible. Also, I
referred someone to live here
and just recently found out
about the benefits referring
someone and so I missed out on
that.
Overall, due to my own
financial problems I cannot
stay here. But I will continue
recommending this community to
people I think would enjoy it.
