its an adjustment moving from a home to an apartment. The amenities are good, the only thing that we miss is an entrance right to the outside
Peaceful, clean, great size apartments with walk in closets that are larger than you think. People are thoughtful of others with wonderful people manning the offices and maintenance service.
It is the perfect place to live for me.
I have finally found the place to rest my head that I call home and mean it! I have lived in apartments most of my life, and I never want to move from this place!
The staff associated with Jefferson are very helpful. It's a beautiful place, quiet, clean, and buildings are very well constructed. Living in apartments most of my life, I would always live on the top floor because of noise. But at Jefferson, I had to get a first floor because of walking and, believe me, the construction of these apartments are wonderful. You know someone lives above you. But because of construction, you don't hear every word they say!!! There is always parking. But the best part , I truly feel at home here, especially with their security set up. When looking for an apartment, I came to Jefferson first and from that point on, could not find any to live up to all the amenities, and spacious apartments as Jefferson. I would recommend it to everyone!!!!
Renting at Bellingham apartments is a joy and much easier than owning a home.
I would tell them that the Jefferson at Bellingham Apartments are very family-friendly, has great staff, and provides a very clean facility. Maintenance is always timely and there is always ample recreational activities to do.
Good if you are willing to pay a bit more for a nice envrionment
Great place to live
The units are laid out well and the property is well maintained
Our apartment is exactly what what we wanted! I cannot imagine finding a more perfect fit for us as far as rental apartments go. We love the location, the amenities, the balcony, the laundry, the bathtub, the high ceilings, etc. The only issue we have really had is with the AC in the bedroom; it is consistently warmer than in the other rooms of the apartment. We are still getting settled, but overall we have loved our first few weeks at Jefferson.
See above, excellent location close to shopping, movies, and 495/95 travel routes.
Great apartment complex. The grounds are always clean, as are the hallways (always vacuumed; trash is picked up almost immediately). My utility bills are amazingly low. December was only $42!!! My only wish is that all apartment complexes would take into consideration the fact that people are now buying surround sound systems and these giant TVs so insulation against noise is pretty important. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The rent is high but with the low utility bills, it balances out.
I have been living in the Jefferson at Bellingham complex for six months and I love every minute of it. The staff is wonderful and the complex is the best I've seen.
All in all, I am very happy with my new apartment. The staff has been extremely helpful.
