It is quiet except our bedroom wall connects with the neighbors bedroom wall and occasionally we have their small child screaming in the middle of the night. Otherwise we love our apartment. It looks very nice, love the tall ceilings, large windows, crown molding. We love that the walls aren't all just white. We wish the kitchen appliances and floor was a little nicer. Love having laundry. The grounds are very well kept. Everyone is very nice and pleasant.

In this day and age of property taxes and foreclosures, why waste your time . Living here you pay rent and utilities and dont worry about a thing. Staff is Great, Maintanence is Awesome and Quick, no worries about a thing. Its a place to live without the little worries. Do it , try it! You can pay money to a bank and be forever endebted to them and the taxes that drain us or you can come , have a great place, and don't worry about a thing. You pay the rent and utilities , they take care of the rest. You are awesome!

the apartments are modern and new. the area clean and lots of parking. washer and dyers in units good. staff very friendly and maintence prompt . my only concern is the cost to live here. being single and the economy being like it is I worry that someday i might have to leave because of increases in rent every year. other then that its everything i was looking for.

I have no noise, no one bothers me. I love the apartment I chose, it is clean with never any garbage. It is a great apartment and I am really, really happy here.

Like living at resort. You don't have to worry about anything, if something breaks done a service tech responds promptly and fixes or replaces it.

I really enjoy this place. The apt feels like a home, the other residents are friendly and I can't hear the neighbors through the walls. Staff is friendly and responsive. Location is beautiful next to a greenway and park.
