Since that time, Lincoln developed the expertise needed to manage over 10,000 apartment homes in the Affordable Industry. In 1995, Lincoln formed the Affordable Division, dedicated to providing quality services to residents in the Affordable Housing Market. Our Affordable Housing division is based on a long-term commitment and a desire to meet the needs of the community.
