needs some upgrades but for the price its good living place, neighborhood is quiet and calm and its conveniently located to a hospital and many shopping areas inducing the Carolina place mall it has some ok restaurants as well over all for the price its a good deal.

The office staff are very nice; the maintenance staff is super. The buildings aren't the best but it is a pleasant place. Neighbors are nice also.

I would let them know how much I have enjoyed living here the past 7 years. The location is close to shopping and to fine dining as well as places to take your animals to walk and your childern to play. It's also less than 5 minutes from a hospital, fire station and police satellite station.

I would tell them that the complex is very clean, and the landscaping is kept up with. It's in a great location. The only negative I would say is I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs and that can get really annoying.

Its clean, safe, quiet and very friendly. I have lived her for 8 years and do not care to leave. The staff is always available when you need to talk and they actually listen and care about their renters. People can't believe that they spray regularly for pest and check the filters. Amy and her staff are an exceptional group. Thanks guys

Bekshire Place is an older, but very well-maintained community. The cabnitry & fixtures within the apartments need to be updated. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the maintenance team is the best I have ever experienced!
