Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
Everything always looks great and it is in the perfect location. I really enjoy having several ponds and big trees in my back yard.
You are close to everything and the management take great care of the property
Yes,security is great, and you'll love the view from the trails.
Awesome!!!! Staff is very nice and helpful. Property is well maintain. But I have an issue that I would like your staff to help me because that desition has to come from above. Since I moved few months ago; I have an issue with the oven. At first I thought that it was dirty. They cleaned it but they said that the oven is very old and that is corrosion. I requested the leasing office to change it but they have not. Every time I cook corrosion get in the food. I can get sick. I would appreciate if you can resolved that problem. Thanks, Librada Gil
Affordable, well-maintained property, friendly service, parking sometimes an issue (not enough), quiet, mostly safe, Smith services patrol regularly, lots of different people and families--if you're looking for a younger crowd and/or folks working on higher education, you may want to live in Northbridge, West End or The Dakota. The tradeoff is the nice"peace and quiet" here in The Cliffs. Sometimes it is less than fab to use the pool because people who are loud and/or boisterous take over it, especially after the office closes. The way some people behave is not how my friends and I are comfortable, so we don't end up using The Cliffs pool that much. Usually we go over to The Lakes, although that pool often has people who either do not live in the Village or are also loud and boisterous. It's not so much party people as it is people who use foul language or bring literally 10 kids to the pool. Then it ends up being a family pool and while anyone by law is allowed to live in the Village, I think many people are moving out because we do not want to live around that many families. Families are wonderful, but after a long day it would be nice to use a pool without kids running everywhere. Having lived in the Village many years, I do not remember it being so family centered several years ago. Having stated the issue I am not sure of a solution--perhaps patrol the pool more often? Minus the pool preference and shortage of parking (are more people living per unit than they are reporting?) everything else is stellar and all of the staff and managers are genuinely concerned with keeping folks happy and fixing issues promptly. Thank you!
Dear Sirs, I like living here it is safe and close to my job. Thanks Karen
