I would tell them that it is a
great bargain for living well.
It is nice to be a part of a
bigger apartment community and
a fun one, at that. The thing
I like the most is the
accessibility to major
highways, shopping at
Northpark, and TONS of
restaurants.
I really enjoy living here. My
husband and I moved in
mid-August and so far we love
it. Our maintenance requests
are normally answered the next
day. We don't really hear our
neighbors much at all. The
landscaping is nice and the
walking/running path is really
nice because it's a good
length and goes by a couple
lakes. I feel pretty safe here
and like that the Smith Patrol
goes by relatively frequently.
We got a pretty good rate too.
I enjoy my apartment and the
complex. It is clean, well
kept, and safe. The staff and
the residents are friendly.
