Depending on what someone was
looking for in an apartment,
I'd tell them to check it out.
More than likely they could
find something nicer for close
to the same money if they were
willing to look around a bit.
The price is awesome for such
a well built apartment. It's
very comfy and homely feeling
vs The Avery (my old
apartment). The Avery looks a
lot more modern but they were
definitely cutting corners
when building the place. The
Green 2 is perfect. I still
haven't heard my neighbors
yet. The only noise problem is
the stairwell is connected to
my living room wall and I can
hear people that are heavy
footed while climbing the
stairs. Maintenance is fast,
request are submitted and
completed within 24 working
hours which is very impressive
for me. The office staff is
awesome! Especially Natalie,
she knows my name and
remembers everything! Kudos!
The only one problem I have is
parking... it is a little
tight but its a common problem
with every apartment. I wish
the covered parking was in the
front of the building instead
of in the middle of the
parking lots. The covered
parking that I bought is
probably one the oldest
looking one. All the other
ones have a real roof, mine
just seems like it's a sheet
of metal and the drainage is
poor around the parking.
Other than that, the Green 2
is fantastic! I would
definitely recommend it to
anyone who is budget
conscious!
I had been living here for
more than 2 years, I just
moved to a larger apartment
within the Green. They are
professionals serving in the
community but treat you like
family making you feel just
like home. Security and
Maintenance are always at
service, promptly at request
by phone, emai or personal. I
just have 3 years in the
country and my family moved
with me this last summer, I
consider renting a house when
they arrived, but the service
and amenities the Village
provide are of high quality,
just what my family need. We
are pleased of living here.

It's great because they keep
the grounds well groomed, it's
quiet, very little noise and
having patrol is a great plus
This community is a wonderful
place to call home. It's the
best apartment community I've
ever lived in! So glad to be
here!!
Overall, the Green 2 is a
great apartment complex. The
management company is
excellent. I just wish they
had better windows--double
paned for better insulation &
noise reduction. I also wish
they would put up Christmas
lights on Amesbury and not
just Southwestern Blvd. :)
Though the lights there are
great!
