It's like living in a secluded
community but near major
shopping, restaurants and
roadways!
Pleasant Community that
encourages a healthy lifestyle
and provides the necessary
amenities to accomplish that.
Convenient and well located in
the dallas area. Very
affordable for what you are
getting compared to other
locations in the Dallas area.
Living in a large city as
Dallas and being so close to
downtown you can't imagine how
beautiful this community is
with all its landscaping and
trees. The office staff really
care about there residents!
Very nice apartments with
great landscaping, lots of
outdoor activities and active
people. Good place to live
and reasonably affordable.
I enjoy living in The Lakes
very much. I am very pleased
with my apartment home.
Good job. I have had no
problems and hope that
continues. Great quiet
property with very little

I have lived at a number of
apartment complexes and this
one is, by far, THE BEST!!!
The office staff is friendly
and knowledgeable. And it is
obvious they care about the
residents. I love the fact
that there are multiple
after-hour events scheduled
right there in the office.
Every time I have had to call
maintenance, I have been
amazed at how quickly issues
are resolved... most times,
before I get home from work.
And EVERY part of the
apartment grounds are
maintained beautifully. As an
example, one day I noticed a
well-traversed patch of grass
right outside my front door
that was getting worn down.
Before I could report it,
fresh grass was planted!!!
