very friendly, nicely kept

I've been here 2 years and
Quiet Waters is a clean and
private community. The rooms
in my unit are big.
Neighbors are nice, and I
enjoy taking my daughter to
the playground and she always
has a good time with her
friends. We enjoy the pool and
the facilities. The property
is clean and the staff really
go out of their way to help
with any question you have, or
even if you need to use the
fax machine or make a copy .
Of the few times I called for
maintenance , it was always
complete with in an hour. I
like Quiet Waters . Its a
nice family community.

I love it, there's alot of
things to do in the community!
My apartment is very nice and
I have a great deal of space!
yes but don't pick a unit near
the pool, kids are out there
all hours of the night after
the office closes making tons
of noise.......
Living here is very nice. The
apartment complex is kept
clean and the apartments are
set up really nice. The
management staff here are
always reasdy to help and
assist you. Very pleasant and
professional.
