I've enjoyed living here for
the short time I've been here.
Unfortunately, when I
introduced myself to my
neighbor (we share a common
wall bedroom to bedroom) she
informed me that she listened
to my morning telephone
conversations and could hear
them word for word. I was very
surprised since I have enjoyed
a relatively quiet experience
living here.
On a positive note when I
needed repairs done in my
home, they were done quickly
and efficiently.
location is great, clean,
feeling of saftey due to
lighting ,conviences such as
pool & office - staff good
about responding to problems
within reasonable amt of time
,but very pricy & apt's are
not energy efficent therefore
utilities are very expensive
........
Very nice and clean complex.
It's awesome... Great access
to all the amenities.
Living here is very pleasant.
I have noticed a marked
improvement of the upkeep at
the Mansions since Lincoln
took ownership. In the five
years I have lived here, it is
only during their ownership
that the air filters have been
changed and the roads have
been repaired.
We are new to this lovely
complex. It is a wonderful
and quite complex. Neighbors
are friendly. Leasing Office
Team are very helpful.
