I would say that it has been one of the most convenient places I have ever lived. It is very accessible to both 30 and 35 (if you take Belknap). I love being able to walk to downtown or run down to the Trinity river. Also, the groundsa re always well maintained, pretty, and clean! I think parking for residents sometimes gets a little annoying when guests take up all of the front spots. I also think that the acoustics are not ideal-I can definitely hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes and even hear word-for-word conversations of people out in the community hallway. Otherwise, the maintenance/service has been great. Oh, and Ygnition-the cable provider-is one of the worst I have ever dealt with, so if Firestone gets rid of them then they will EXPONENTIALLY increase the happiness of the residents.

It's convenient to both downtown and West 7th (location is perfect!). The rent is reasonable, the apartments nice, and the gym and pool are great. Our neighbors are social, and there are events to hang out with other neighbors, which is great.

Great place to live, annoying how people leave trash outside their door all weekend, great pool but not enough chairs, fantastic gym, electric bill very high even after maitenance looked at AC, would renew lease but raise in rent too high

The grounds are very well kept and each apartment is very nice. The location is ideal because it is right between Sundance Square and Montgomery Plaza so there is plenty of entertainment nearby. My two biggest complaints would be the lack of parking and the unreasonable rule of no more than 2 guests at the pool. If you come home after 10 at night and don't have an assigned parking spot, you might not be able to find one at all. I understand the reasoning for the rule of limiting the number of guests each resident can have at the pool, but it isn't fair for me to have my girlfriend and two of our friends over and us not be able to enjoy the pool. Last time I tried this I was told someone had to leave so instead of telling one of our friends to wait for us in my apartment, we all had to leave. This isn't fair to residents who are not unruly and do not treat the pool like a trashcan.

My apartment is quiet, I never hear neighbors and rarely hear my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance items get fixed quickly. Seem to nickeled and dimed on the bills, like with 8 different charges for water every month. Pool needs to be cooled with pool coolers, yes many places do have them. No gates should be chained up, especially not the same gate for months at a time, even if it is by the pool. One main complaint is the fact that I was told I was no way allowed to put a satellite dish in since I could not put it on my balcony. As I walked around the apartment complex, I saw at least 8 satellite dishes that were in the GROUND and not on balconies but then I was told that I could not and they got to keep theirs just because they didn't get permission first.

$20/month trash fee excessive for residences who have less than 25lbs./week = ~1 trash bag size per week. Pool and gym room need updating and better maintance. Some residence are non compliant/violating general rules regarding pets, pool & grill use

Absulately positive. I wouldn't reccomend living by the Henderson st. though, very loud. Also I wish the parking was covered all covered.

Location is convenient to walk downtown, the complex is clean and easily accessible. Everyone in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. My experience so far at the Firestone has been very enjoyable.
