The staff is great, The parking is decent, awesome dog park and the location couldn't be better. Unfortunately, it seems to be difficult to have neighbors take responsible for trash and dog poop. It is upsetting as a dog owner to see other dogs messes as it gives the people who own dogs and take care of them a bad name. I am going to tell the staff that they need to check out pooprints.com. I think its a resonable solution to kick some people in the butt. The trash issue is also upsetting, but not completely sure how to fix that as it does come with the territory of being in an apartment. Besides that, the place is great and we have very little issue.

i like the close proximity to the High school, and park. The apartments themselves really need updating. Not just cosmetics on the outside, but newer bathroom (with sinks that are large enough to hold something around it), upgraded appliances (ovens with no window in 2012?) and no microwaves in apartments. The noise between floors is terrible since these are older apartments. You can hear everything from upstairs. Not necessarily between the walls, but certainly between the floors; and the windows are super thin, and not well insulated. You can hear the a/c kicking on all the time through the bedroom & living room windows. I'm concerned that with the lower rent prices here, some of the people who are moving in are a bit sketchy...I have two kids living with me, and my thought is for their safety and mine.. Thanks for asking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lanscaping is very well kept. Parking is rarely a problem. The rent rates seem reasonable. However, the nieghbors are very loud, ( wall banging, cabinet slamming, arguments, various pounding, thumping, banging, yelling, sounds of things being thrown against the wall, pretty much on a daily basis from whom ever lives directly behind me. Sometimes until midnight. Not sure what they are slamming in what I guess is thier kitchen, but it is loud enough to sound like thunder in my living room.

Decently priced rent, safe, good amenities for residents (exercise center, pool, etc). Kind of feel sorry for the townspeople who live here because I’m pretty sure Southwestern University students tend to dominate this complex- which for me, is great. Management relatively friendly, relatively prompt in addressing resident concerns. A decent place for the price you are paying, but nothing fancy.

I always recommend Parkview to my friends. There's no B.S., very reasonable prices, and a great place for students. Also, all of the kitchens rock.

Pretty good. It's kind of expensive. There is a lot of noise from the high school, but you get used to it.

For the most part it's a pleasant place. The evenings are quiet, no big parties, no loud music. Sometimes the neighbors can be loud (loud children especially, screaming and having squirt guns fights), but thats really no big deal.

It's great! Very quite and peaceful, we are located close to all shopping old and new, the residents are friendly, the fitness room is awesome, the pool is always clean, the maintenance are staff are friendly and quick to respond to a issue even the small ones, The grounds are neat and clean, I have a high school and a elementary school student both are very close and convienant. I love it!!!!
