Quiet semi-luxery living close to the ocean, many nice ammenities including a pool, jacuzzi, workout room, central air, and excellent management & maintenence team. Apartments are very sound proof and private and the 2nd floor lofts are awesome for a man-cave set-up! We are walking distance to the strip which has many great places to eat and party.

They are expensive for what you get, but the staff is very responsive and the location is nice. The grounds are kept up very well.

It is a bit expensive but the staff is responsive to needs and it is safe. It is also convenient to the ocean.

For 6 months of the year you'll feel like you're on vacation and thanks to the workout room and the excellent maintenence of the property, the other 6 months are satisfying for the most part. The biggest problem is alot of tenents don't clean up after their dogs and that's annoying!

This place was a great experience. Jane and Kristen were wonderful getting anything I needed done. The grounds are beautiful. I would let anyone I know to live at this property.

I love living at the Lincoln Apartments in Hull, MA. I have a great location at the end of the complex. It is a very quiet community, the grounds are always well manicured. In the winter, they are very efficient with snow removal. The best part is being able to have pets on the property. It is very difficult to find a nice apartment that allows pets. The staff are friendly and courteous and work to resolve any issues in a timely fashion. The reason I gave a good on the construction was the quality of the stove. When I moved in, it was pointed out that it was a brand new stove which it was but this has to be the cheapest stove I have ever seen. I do alot of cooking and there is no light on the stove to tell me that the oven has preheated or what the oven temperature is. The broiler is a drawer on the bottom. I literally have to get down on my knees to use the broiler (needless to say, I avoid broiling whenever possible!). Other than that, the kitchen has alot of cabinets and a pantry for storage. I would (and have) recommended these apartments as a great place to live.

My wife and I retired from CT and moved into The Estates in June. The apartment was immaculate upon entering and the staff was especially friendly and accommodating. The maintenance issues have been minor and the staff has taken care of them within one day. We love the workout center and pool area and continue to be impressed with the upkeep of the grounds. We couldn't be happier in Hull at The Estates!

I have been a resident at the estates for over two years and I have to say that this has been the best rental community I've ever experienced. Jane and Kristin in the office are exceptional...their commitment to customer service and creating a pleasant living environment is unparallelled. They get to know their residents, and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Communication is always clear and prompt, and they respond to needs immediately. Ricky and James, our maintenance techs, are fantastic. They're responsive, efficient and courteous. I just can't say enough about the management team here at the Estates.
