I've lived in many apartment communities, both here in Ohio and in other states, and this is by far one of the very best! Nice design, very functional, well kept, great amenities, and close to all the shops you could ever want. The office staff are friendly, extremely responsive, very professional, yet at the same time relaxed enough to make you feel very comfortable. Overall, I'm proud to call this place home, and happy to show it off to my friends!

I have been here a year and a half, and so far it has been a great experience. The parking is a little tight at times, but the office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is prompt. Lots of closet space...everything I was looking for in an apartment.

They are managed well, I have never had any problems I never hear my neighbors next to me, but the neighbors upstairs are VERY loud not their voices, but jumping or stomping is quite loud. The Parking has been safe, but at times not available.
