Love the place. Was concerned with the odor when I first walked in, there was a stale smell, that the maintenance team quickly put a service call in for, still couldn't get rid of it. Other than that, great neighborhood, great neighbors, close to 295, 38 and 70 - major highways!... perfect. Thanks to Christine for all she did get me situated.

Great place to live. Close to everything. Very safe and no noise. I would recommend to a friend. The staff is very friendly and quick to fix thing if there is a problem.

It's a great place to live! The maintenance staff has always been pleasant and willing to help when needed. Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to deal/work with. I am moving out, but not because of a bad experience... I am relocating to Michigan.

I have lived at Mount Laurel Crossing Apartment Homes since March of 2009 and I have never regretted my decision to live there. I found the Apartment Complex on the internet and when I contacted the complex the people were very nice and hospitable. The area is very quiet and relaxing! The area is lighted very well and the management team is always improving the area. I have always been able to find a parking space for my car and I believe that Mount Laurel Crossing is the best place that I could have chosen to live being new to the New Jersey/Philadelphia area.

I have only lived her for a few months and Mount Laurel Crossing is average at best. It looks good from the outside (landscaping) but the actual apartments are okay at best. The staff is somewhat friendly (New Jersey charm), but if you have an issue they usually resolve it in a timely manner. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly also. Bad floor designs and paper thin walls and floors are a big issue.
