I'd say the community is warm
and friendly and the staff is
great.
It is a beautiful and quiet
property. It is quiet in the
matter of having neighbors
that are quiet and conscious.
I feel really safe in here as
the gates are always closed
and you have to go through a
background check. The
management and maintenance
team are very efficient and
polite. The property is always
kept clean.
The downfall, is that if you
are in a first floor, you will
hear every single step from
upstairs and when they take a
shower or flush their
toilette, it will sound as if
they were actually in your
bathroom. Other than that, you
can't hear any voices or
anything else from your next
door or above you neighbors.
The property is old, so they
had plumbing problems upstairs
so the water was dripping
through the ceiling above my
bathroom (they fixed it right
away) and have had to get a
couple of appliances changed
as they were super old and not
working properly. They did
change them for me. I can also
hear an after drip that sounds
like it drips right on my
closet ceiling after my
neighbors take a shower (which
drives me crazy).
I do really like leaving here,
and the location is great, as
you have everything close and
the neighborhood is very nice.
If you like hiking, you have
Camelback Mt. 1.5 miles from
the property.
I have lived at the Palms for
a bit over 3 years and have
truly enjoyed my home. It is
a quiet clean environment that
is maintained well. My
requests for maintenance have
always been addressed quickly.
Nice community!
Love my apartment, love the
setting and love the proximity
to the airport and freeways.
