meet Parker

Parker DelPonte, Development Analyst, joined the Irvine office in March 2011 and is a graduate of Colorado State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication Studies and a Minor in Business. Parker is actively pursuing development and acquisition opportunities in Southern California and is responsible for the initial underwriting of those opportunities. Parker’s responsibilities also include market research, municipal fee analysis, tax analysis, drafting letters of intent, assisting development teams, organizing and preparing presentation materials, and assisting with project entitlements. Since joining Lincoln Parker has assisted in $177 million of multi-family development and acquisitions including the entitlement of 648 units.
