Trina Williams

Trina Williams joined Lincoln Property Company in 2000, beginning her multi-family industry career as an Assistant Manager at The Village Apartments in Dallas, TX. In 2003, Trina was promoted to the National Headquarters as an Internal Auditor where she established herself as an expert of Lincoln's policies and procedures. Throughout her auditing career, Williams was promoted to Policy Administrator and Senior Internal Auditor. In 2015, Trina was instrumental in developing the National Transitions Team which significantly streamlined Lincoln Property Company's process of adding new communities to the portfolio. Most recently, she held the title of Director of Internal Audit and Transitions, leading the Internal Audit and Transitions Team. During her time in this role she helped develop a policy administration program, refined Lincoln’s process of on-boarding new assets and led the audit team in supporting operations and risk initiatives. She holds a firm commitment to guiding teams and ensuring a smooth transition process for all assets and all ownership groups. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas.
