On September 27, 2012 a luncheon will be held to reveal the exact rankings for all the 2012 Best Places to Work. Lincoln Property Company will be listed along with 14 other winners under the large company category for Best Places to Work at the luncheon. The company will be recognized in a special edition of the Dallas Business Journal on September 28, 2012. Employees of Lincoln Property Company completed a survey administered by an independent research firm regarding a variety of aspects of the work lifestyle at the company.
Survey questions polled employee opinion and asked them to rate LPC's work environment, innovations, office culture, potential for personal growth, and employee recognition. All of these factors are considered to contribute to a healthy work life and keep employees satisfied with their commitment to the company, so receiving high ratings in these categories helped. The results of the surveys from LPC's employees have given the company a ranking in the elite group of North Texas companies.
When founded in 1965 in Dallas, Texas, Lincoln Property Company aimed to be a major construction and property management company for residential communities. LPC has since grown to become one of the largest companies of its type, expanding from its initial location in the Southwest across the entirety of the United States.
